NCAA Tournament: Mizzou Draws Colorado State in Round of 64

The Missouri Tigers are the No. 9 seed in the Midwest Region of the 2013 NCAA Tournament. The Tigers will travel to Lexington, KY and will take on the 8th seeded Colorado State Rams on Thursday.

Missouri finished the 2012-2013 season 23-10 after losing to Ole Miss on Friday Night. It was the 7th loss this season, where they either lost by 3 points or less or lost in overtime.

Colorado State enters the NCAA Tournament with a 25-8 record. The Rams are led by Colton Iverson, who averages 14.7 points per game and 9.8 rebounds per game.

Colorado State went 3-7 against Top 50 teams, beating UNLV, Boise State, and San Diego State. The Rams worst loss came against Illinois0-Chicago on December 8th.

The number 1 overall seed in the NCAA Tournament, Louisville, will be the Round of 32 match-up for the winner of Mizzou and Colorado State. The Tigers were defeated by Louisville 81-64 back in November in the Bahamas.
