The 2017 NFL Draft is less than 48 hours away! Truman’s Tales is here to give an overview of the top five players at each position for this year’s draft class, starting with quarterbacks and running backs.

Last year, the NFL Draft was held in Chicago, IL for the second consecutive year. This year, the draft is being held in Philadelphia.

In 2016, the draft was dominated by a large class of linebackers, cornerbacks, and wide receivers. This year’s class holds a large number of defensive ends, cornerbacks, and linebackers.

While this gives a good idea of who the top players are at each position, it isn’t a mock draft. It is not likely that individuals within this draft class will be selected in the order that I have them listed.

There are a few players who were excluded from the listing, as they have incurred recent criminal charges. So while they may be better at their position than others, they also have more pressing matters to attend to.
