Oklahoma State
Oklahoma State would make another sound addition to the SEC, but if the Big 12 is falling, I don’ think that Oklahoma State will transition to the SEC. It will more likely accept an offer from the B1G, and rejoin its rivalry with Oklahoma there which will renew its rivalry with B1G transplant, Nebraska.

But for the sake of argument, if Oklahoma State were to realign to the SEC, it would even out the divisions, and allow the SEC to realign a more defining coalition of “West” and “East” teams.

Supposing that Oklahoma were to realign to the SEC, then Oklahoma State would keep the rivalry with Oklahoma alive. I would give this a 7% chance of happening.
