Missouri Football: 10 games the Tigers should schedule

It always comes back to the hated Jayhawks. This is the only kind of list that they should ever find themselves ranked No. 1.
I would love to see the rivalry return, even though a number of fans won’t. It was a spectacle in Kansas City, and I would love to see these two vitriolic rivals go at it again.
Overall, the Tigers own the edge in the series, 57-54-9, and with such parity in a series, no team ever won more than five in a row. However, the Tigers won five-of-the-last-six meetings played.
What ever semblance of football kansas plays has been very bad over the last two decades, having only two seasons over .500 since 1995 – more than 20 years of obscurity.
However, Mizzou is also a team in transition, so this could be a rebirth series for both teams. The Jayhawks are looking to become a decent team again, which they haven’t been since former head coach Mark Mangino was there. Meanwhile, the Tigers are looking to prove themselves in the SEC after some early success fizzled out.
Even with the game against Arkansas as a way to end the season annually, starting the year against the putrid Jayhawks would be great to see.
