Purdue

Missouri, fresh off a win over the South Carolina chickens, continues its slate of poultry-themed opponents, when it hosts Tyson’s rival, Purdue.

The Boilermakers have Mizzou’s number since 1895, with an overall 6-2 record against the Tigers. In 1980, Purdue won a close game, 28-25. That will change in 2017, however.

Purdue is a confused mess when it comes to its identity. Are they all about chicken? Do they imbibe large malty drinks, or are they something to do with a train?

The Boilermakers seem to suffer from multiple personalities, so you never know what you’ll get on game day. However, the Tigers have a 66% chance of getting a win.

If Purdue shows up as a train engine, it will be a long day for Missouri. Tigers don’t stand a chance against locomotives. If Purdue arrives as a person offering beer, the Tigers will have a great game, so long as they’re not persuaded to over-indulge. In fact, don’t indulge at all. If Purdue is a chicken, well, check out the prediction against South Carolina.

Mizzou improves to 3-0 on the season.
