Truman’s Tales now offers our readers two game day “pick ’em” groups to choose from, where you get to make your picks against our staff.
The Tigers start their slate of SEC games on Saturday against South Carolina. Picked at random, do you think you have what it takes to outsmart our picks?
A few weeks ago, one of our contributors, Josh McSwain, suggested that we start a “pick ’em” group for the football season. The hope is to engage you, our readers, and build a stronger bridge between us all.
We have two groups to choose from. One is straight-up, pick the winner. This group is right up my alley, because I’m clueless when it comes to point spreads and the like.

The second group requires you to assign a confidence level for each game. So you pick who you think will win, and then on a scale of 1-10, you assign how strongly you feel that the game winner you picked will win the game.
While we would love to be able to provide a prize for the winners, we aren’t able to, at this time. If you want to join us, then we have two groups for you to choose from. You may join either group, or both!

So check out both groups! I joined both, and I know that at least in the straight game pick group, that I’m going to go undefeated this week. We’ll announce our records each week on Twitter. Head on over and check it out, before Saturday’s kickoff!
