No. 2 — Where is the road block?
So many people are talking about a perfect two months for Mizzou. The Tigers could be 8-0 heading to Georgia on Nov. 9. At worst, Mizzou is looking at 7-1.
But what are the games that could keep Missouri at 8-0. What is a second game that could keep it from being an SEC East champion threat?
The first one looks like South Carolina, a Week 4 matchup at home.
Coach Odom is 0-3 against Gamecocks coach Will Muschamp. So if the Tigers are indeed 3-0 heading into Sept. 21, one of those Os must go.
This could be the year Odom takes down an East rival and takes his team into October halfway to that 8-0 mark.
If there is a hiccup, the next option could be at Kentucky. That would be a second week in a row where the Tigers are on the road, following a trip to Vanderbilt.
