Even when Missouri isn't playing Arkansas, they're still getting wins over the Razorbacks. The Tigers had just finished their 84-74 victory over Auburn when they inadvertently got another apparent win over coach John Calipari and the Razorbacks.
Coach Cal was in the middle of his press conference, attempting to defend Arkansas' 95-73 blowout loss to Auburn just days before. When he found out the 10-7 Auburn Tigers were defeated by another group of Tigers by double-digits, he couldn't hide his anger.
"Hey, Auburn's good. Did they win tonight?" asked Calipari.
"No, they lost to Missouri."
Calipari then grimaced and stood up to leave the press conference. "Alright, I'm out before I say something..."
The look on Coach Cal's face really says it all. See the full hilarious exchange here:

Mizzou accidentally plays spoiler for Calipari and the Razorbacks
In Mizzou's win over Auburn, they managed to reach 3-1 in conference play and 13-4 on the season. They also apparently got the better of Coach Cal, who cut his press conference short after hearing about Auburn's defeat.
Still, while it's funny to watch Mizzou stack wins on and off the court, they have much more work to do than the Razorbacks to improve their resume. Both are 13-4, but Arkansas is the No. 17 team in the country with wins over Texas Tech, Tennessee and Louisville. The win over Auburn did propel Missouri up to 65 in the NET rankings however, inching them closer to an NCAA Tournament caliber team. The Tigers are now 3-4 against Quad 1 or 2 teams.
Arkansas will have their chance at revenge in a sense when they take on Missouri Feb. 21. Meanwhile, Mizzou has a difficult stretch to end the month with five games that include No. 21 Georgia and an away matchup at No. 18 Alabama.
