The Southeastern Conference released Missouri’s 2026 football schedule Thursday night, which features seven home games and five SEC matchups inside Faurot Field

The Tigers open the 2026 campaign on Sept. 5 with a non-conference home game against Arkansas–Pine Bluff. This will be followed up by another Border War matchup for the Tigers against Kansas on Sept. 12 in Lawrence.

The Tigers defeated the Jayhawks 42–31 last season, the anticipated meeting being the first matchup of the bitter rivals in 14 years. Mizzou returns home the following weekend to host Troy on Sept. 19 before beginning SEC play on the road at Mississippi State on Sept. 26.

The following month, October, brings a key two-game homestand as the Tigers welcome Florida on Oct. 3 and Texas A&M on Oct. 10. The Florida matchup will serve as Missouri’s 2026 Homecoming game. MU then hits the road for an Oct. 17 contest at Ole Miss in Oxford, playing against the Rebels on away territory for the first time since 2013.

After an open week on Oct. 24, Missouri visits Arkansas on Oct. 31 for the annual Battle Line Rivalry, closing out the month against the Razorbacks.

Mizzou faces a brutal November schedule

The Tigers return to Columbia to start November, hosting Texas on Nov. 7 in the Longhorns’ first visit to Faurot Field since 2011. Missouri then heads to Athens on Nov. 14 to face defending SEC champion Georgia.

Missouri closes the regular season with consecutive home games, hosting Kentucky on Nov. 21 and Oklahoma on Nov. 28 to round out the 2026 slate. This season is the first season since 2013 for the Tigers that the Razorbacks were not the final opponent in SEC play.
