Missouri head coach Eli Drinkwitz seemed pretty clear that he wasn't going to tell the media what his plan for the quarterback position was going to be. However, the good reporting of ESPN's Pete Thamel has revealed that Missouri will use both quarterbacks against Central Arkansas.
Penn State transfer Beau Pribula is set to get the start against Central Arkansas and will play the first half. However, when the offense trots back on the field in the second half, they will be led by redshirt junior Sam Horn. Drinkwitz is going with this plan to see how both quarterbacks look in real game situations.
"I feel like both of them need to play football," Drinkwitz said. "I think they both demonstrated the ability of toughness, preparation, decision making, accuracy, and leadership in a practice setting, but that doesn't mean they've done it in a game setting."

While both have already had experience playing college football, Drinkwitz knows they don't have experience playing in this situation, with this team, so he wants to see what they have. This does mean that starters on the rest of the team, mainly the offense, may not get much of a break this week as Drinkwits will probably want to see how both QBs play with the ones.
This in-game competition will hopefully lead Drinkwitz to name a starter for the season, but that will remain to be seen.
Prubula comes to Missouri from Penn State, where in two seasons he had 424 yards, nine touchdowns, and one interception while playing as the backup to Drew Allar. Pribula showed he is also quite the runner with 571 rushing yards adn 10 rushing touchdowns.
Horn has been in the Missouri football program since he started. He has seen limited action, and though he was in the quarterback battle with Brady Cook two seasons ago, he did not win it and served as the backup.
