Missouri will take on Alabama in a pivotal game Tuesday night. While the game will have big implications for Mizzou's NCAA Tournament chances, the bigger headline might be what's happening off the court with the Tide's newest player.

Big man Charles Bediako, who played for Alabama three years ago, is now back in Crimson red after years in the NBA G-League. It's an unusual situation, but the Tigers will need a win against No. 23 Alabama regardless of who is on the court if they want to keep their tournament dreams alive.

Here's how to catch the action.

Tigers looks to keep season alive with upset win over Alabama

The Tigers will head on the road for one of their biggest challenges this season to face off with Alabama. While Mizzou boasts an impressive looking 14-6 record, they are just 4-3 in SEC play, and are currently just 68 in the NET rankings. A win against the Tide would go a long way for their postseason chances.

One thing to watch will be how coach Dennis Gates ops to use guards Anthony Robinson II and T.O. Barrett. Barrett started last game for a struggling Robinson, but Gates' has remained mum on how the dup might split time for the remainder of the season. Barrett dropped 21 points is his first start of the year for Missouri.

Alabama is heavily favored by 10.5 points at home, but the Tigers already have wins over Florida and Kentucky, so they certainly can't be discounted. A loss drops Mizzou to .500 in conference play and makes earning a trip to the NCAA Tournament very much a longshot. Still, a win at Alabama and the road ahead feels much safer.
