One of the highly touted combo guards in the class of 2025, Davion Hannah is a 6-foot-5 shooting guard from Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
He holds offers from over twenty schools but on Friday narrowed his list down to Mizzou, Alabama, Ohio State, and Cincinnati. He also received offers from programs like Auburn and Iowa, among several others.
He spent his first three years of high school at Nicolet High School in Wisconsin. While playing for the Knights, he averaged nearly 20 points per game, along with over 2 assists, 2 steals, and more than a block per game.
What’s most impressive about his stats is his average of just under 10 rebounds per game. At 6-foot-5 and 175 pounds, Hannah’s ability to compete for the ball against taller, heavier defenders is extremely encouraging—and likely one of the key attributes that caught the attention of college recruiters.
In June 2023, just a few months before the season, Hannah transferred to Link Academy in Branson, Missouri. There, he led the Lions to victory in the GEICO Boys Basketball National Championship.
His coaches have praised his versatile skill set and impact on every play. He reads defenses quickly, makes accurate passes, and has limited turnovers throughout his career. His perimeter defense is impressive for his size, and he’s known for his ability to contribute effectively on both ends of the court.
Currently, the Tigers have one commitment for the class of 2025: four-star guard Aaron Rowe from Columbia.
Hannah plans to make his official commitment in mid-November, and if Mizzou can land him, it would be a major boost to the '25 recruiting class.
