The Missouri Tigers wide receiver room will add another phenomenal talent in 2025. Anyone who thought Missouri might be in trouble when Luther Burden and Theo Wease leave after this season should think again. It appears that the star-powered offense will remain in tact past this upcoming season, as Missouri continues pursuing elite-level recruits.

Jayvan Boggs is a four star receiver from Cocoa, Florida. He decommitted from Ohio State in March before re-opening his recruitment. The final decision for him came down to Missouri, UCF, USC, and Georgia. Boggs is a massive pickup for Eliah Drinkwitz and the Missouri Tigers.

Boggs posses some incredible talent on the outside. Last season for Cocoa High School, he snagged 86 receptions, 1,504 receiving yards, and 24 touchdowns. He will look to make an instant impact at Missouri when he hits campus in 2025.

This was a big signing for Missouri, who have a couple more potential recruits in line to commit this week. According to on3 sports, this bolsters Missouri's 2025 class up to 18th nationally. There is still plenty of time for that ranking to improve. Boggs is the 13th commit in the class, and just the second wide receiver.

Boggs is a great addition to the class, as someone who has experience playing in big games, and more importantly, winning them. He is a back to back state champion at Cocoa High School in Florida. Boggs has had an impact on winning teams, which should help him adjust well at Missouri next season.

You can definitely expect more recruiting news over the next week, as plenty of top targets will be announcing their commitments. 5-star recruit, Matt Zollers, has vowed to bring some of the top talent to Columbia for 2025.
