Over the weekend, the Tigers will host a trio of Blue Chip recruits. While there is still no update on the status of Jeremiah Tilmon’s release from his letter of intent at Illinois, Michael Porter, Jr., Kevin Knox, and Blake Harris will convene upon Columbia.

My guess is that we won’t hear any official word on Tilmon until after the weekend. If Illinois is playing hardball, then it is well aware of the recruits visiting Mizzou this weekend, and will want to make head coach Cuonzo Martin pitch his own sale of the program, unassisted by Porter, Jr.
Missouri football has also been elbows-deep in its own recruiting efforts, having sent out offers to five prospective recruits.
