Tigers softball played a tough game against Arkansas last night, as they managed a single run to outlast the Razorbacks, 1-0. This afternoon, Mizzou will try to hold Arkansas off one more time to take the series.
Pitcher Cheyenne Baxter threw 117 pitches, and shut-out Arkansas attempt at putting up a run. through the third inning, the game remained scoreless, until the Tigers scored their only run of the night, by Gabby Garrison.
Missouri now owns six wins over top-25 ranked opponents, four of which occurred against SEC opponents. MUTigers has more on the win over Arkansas. The Tigers will host the Razorbacks at 2 pm, CT today.
