Now that the weekend has past and we’re into the final days of July, every NFL team is in training camp.

Many of those teams have with them a former Missouri Tiger.

As it stands right now, 24 Tigers are in an NFL training camp. Some of them have guaranteed spots, while others will be looking to play their best football this summer and in the preseason to make the team.

Here is a rundown of all the Mizzou players in camps:

Quarterbacks

Drew Lock, quarterback, Denver Broncos

Lock isn’t in a camp battle and will be the No. 2 quarterback this season. He’ll be looking to improve on accuracy and reading defenses for now.

His best chance to see playing time will be if he can overtake starter Joe Flacco toward the end of the season if the Broncos don’t see the results they’d like from their new signal-caller.

Other backups on the roster are Brett Rypien, undrafted free agent out of Boise State, and Kevin Hogan, a fourth-year pro out of Stanford.

Chase Daniel, quarterback, Chicago Bears

Daniel will be the backup to former 2017 first-round pick Mitch Trubisky.

The only competition Daniel has as of now is third-stringer Tyler Bray, who was teammates with Daniel in Kansas City for three seasons.

This is the exact same depth chart as last season’s quarterback room for the Bears.

Daniel started two games last year for the NFC North champions, and went 1-1. So it’s safe to say in a pinch, the Bears have a guy they can turn to in the now 11-year veteran.

Blaine Gabbert, quarterback, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The former two-year starter for the Tigers continues to find work in the NFL, signing a one-year deal last March with the Buccaneers.

He’ll compete to back up former No. 1 overall pick Jameis Winston this season. His competition is Ryan Griffin, a 2013 undrafted free agent who is entering his fifth year in Tampa Bay.

The advantage Gabbert has is that he has played in more than 50 games while Griffin has never taken a snap in the regular season. Last year, Gabbert started three games for the Tennessee Titans and completed 61 passes with four touchdowns.
