Missouri Basketball: Studs and Duds vs West Virginia
Missouri basketball’s losing streak extended to four with their loss at West Virginia in the Big 12-SEC Challenge. The Tigers couldn’t find a way to score against a tough Mountaineer defense.
Missouri basketball is really missing Jeremiah Tilmon. West Virginia dominated the glass and destroyed Mizzou on the interior while cursing to a 74-51 win.
With that said, the guard play did not help Missouri’s chances. The Tigers let a close game at halftime become a blow-out in the second half.
Here’s a look at the studs from that game.

Studs vs WVU
Stud #1: Torrence Watson
Torrence Watson was the best scorer for the Tigers, leading the team with 19 points on six made field goals, including five 3s. The value of Watson continues to grow the more he knocks down 3-pointers.
Stud #2: Kobe Brown
Kobe Brown picked up two steals and five rebounds, including two offensive, to help the Tigers off the bench. He was starting the first half of the season, but has since been the top bench player the past few games for Mizzou.
Stud #3: Tray Jackson
Tray Jackson tied for the team lead with five rebounds, and played far fewer minutes than the next guy who grabbed five boards. If he can keep that production up, he will play more minutes.
