Missouri basketball is on the road tonight against an Aggies team that already beat the Tigers.

The Missouri basketball team has been up and down all season. Tonight, the Tigers get their first shot at a rematch.

Mizzou plays Texas A&M, a team that defeated the Tigers earlier this season. A&M beat Missouri 66-64 on Jan. 21. The two-point game was not that long ago, so these teams are familiar with each other.

Here’s a look at today’s game:

Records: Texas A&M 10-10 (4-4); Missouri 10-11 (2-6)

A&M was blown out by Georgia last weekend, a team the Tigers came back to defeat just last week. It should be interesting to see which teams show up tonight. They both have shown their abilities to be good but also have struggled at times this year.

The Aggies couldn’t handle future NBA top-five or so pick Anthony Edwards last week. They gave up 29 points and 15 rebounds. He did well against Mizzou, too, but the Tigers stopped him when they needed to. With the loss to Georgia, A&M’s three-game road win streak was snapped. Now, the Aggies return home to play a team they defeated in one of those games last month. The Tigers will want to stop Josh Nebo, A&M’s freshman leading rebounder, as well as Wendell Mitchell, who dropped 13 points to lead the team Saturday.

Next up: Missouri stays home and plays Florida on Saturday.
