Missouri basketball returns to the court against No. 25 LSU.

The Missouri basketball team won another Rally for Rhyan game to go to 5-0 in those outings. The Tigers did so by knocking off NCAA Tournament hopeful Arkansas Mizzou must keep that intensity up to have a shot at a win today.

Mizzou plays No. 25 LSU on the road. The other Tigers stayed in the rankings despite a loss to SEC-winless Vanderbilt last week in one of the biggest SEC upsets in a long time. Mizzou has a chance here, but Missouri is a heavy underdog. The Tigers have blown these same opportunities in the past, and it’d be nice for the Tigers to take advantage of it.

Dru Smith is the top stealer in the SEC with 2.2 a game. LSU has the second-best thief in the league as Skylar Mays averages two steals a game. Mays is the best scorer on the LSU team as well. The senior leads the team with 15.9 points per game.

LSU has solid forwards who will try to take the Tigers down. Darius Days has 7.3 rebounds a game while Emmitt Williams leads the team with 1.4 blocks per contest. Trendon Watford is another forward who can grab boards, averaging more than seven a game with 14 points, tied with Williams for second high on the team.
