New head coach Eliah Drinkwitz locked in two commitments over this past weekend. His recruiting prowess continues to impress.

As the NFL Draft concluded this weekend, the Missouri Tigers picked up two new recruits for the 2021 class. Three-star running back Taj Butts and three-star tight end Ryan Hoerstkamp.

Butts is a St. Louis product that rushed for 1,279 yards and 18 touchdowns last season for De Smet High School. The Spartans were undefeated and claimed a state championship.

He chose Missouri over Kentucky, Illinois, and Iowa State.

Hoerstkamp is the sixth commit in the 2021 class for Mizzou. The 6’4″, 225 lb tight end out of Washington, MO chose the Tigers over Arkansas, Kentucky, Michigan State, and others.
