The Tigers have been very impressive throughout the course of this season. They've blown out competition, beaten multiple ranked programs, and been good in the conference so far. Though the committee hasn't seen that yet, Mizzou seems ready to prove that.

Mizzou had 2 must-win games this week and they accomplished just that, going 2-0 on the week with great wins over LSU and a tough Vanderbilt team.

The Missouri Tigers played a close game, never letting Vanderbilt fall out of the contest. In the end, it came down to scoring, which was more than hard to come by in this one. The Tigers won this one by finding their shots throughout, which wasn't easy.

After a big win on Tuesday night versus LSU, Mizzou had another tough contest as they faced off a really good Vanderbilt team. The Tigers took it 75-66.

The tough Vanderbilt defense faces the high-powered Missouri offense, with each team hoping to break their 1-1 conference record. Conference games are big, especially as the season goes on, so both will be looking for a win Saturday afternoon.

The Missouri Tigers blew out the LSU Tigers in the second conference matchup of the season so far. Defense was big for Mizzou in the win, as they limited scoring, rebounding, and playmaking to the best players on LSU's roster.

After a lot of suffering, and no conference victories, Mizzou was able to get on the board Tuesday night. In a battle of Tigers, Mizzou came out victorious.

Both teams dropped their initial conference game on Saturday, both falling to 11-3. A response is huge for both Mizzou and LSU as they look to take advantage and even their conference record up, and help their resume towards March.

Week 9 of the Tigers season saw them beat Alabama State as they ended non-conference play at 11-2. They opened SEC play with a blowout loss to Auburn.

Mizzou came in as a heavy underdog, and they did not shoot well throughout the contest. After a rough first half, they weren't able to respond in the second half, suffering their third loss of the season.
