For fans who are anxious to get football back, this news might give you something to look forward to. SEC Media Days will take place in July from the 15th through the 18th in Dallas, Texas in the Omni Hotel.
The SEC will be expanding to 16 teams this summer with the addition of Oklahoma and Texas. All 16 teams will be in attendance with head coaches and players appearing to speak about the upcoming season.
Four schools will appear each day during this event. Missouri will appear on the second day with head coach Eliah Drinkwitz speaking for the Tigers. Fans will be able to watch all the coverage of SEC Media Days on the SEC Network. a more detailed schedule of which players will appear when will be released at a later date close to the multi-day event.
The SEC Media Days will be in Dallas for the first time ever, just the fourth time it will ever be held in Birmingham, Alabama. Missouri is one of the best teams heading into the SEC this season after finishing the season strong at 11-2 and a win against Ohio State in the Cotton Bowl.
The Tigers are currently in the middle of spring practice right now with the Black and Gold Spring game set for March 16. The Tigers lost quite a few players to the NFL Draft, but with the return of quarterback Brady Cook, there is trust in Drinkwitz to repeat the success of 2023.
